FAQ & Game issues?

Text is displaying incorrectly

• Make sure Enhancements is enabled in the Launcher and that aisp.localehook.dll is in the same directory as the Launcher and ai sp@ce.exe.

Rendering issues

• The game was originally designed for DirectX 9, which can cause rendering issues on Linux and some Intel Arc graphics cards.
• Under Enhancements in the Launcher, there are options to use a more modern version of DirectX or Vulkan. Modern DirectX also enables features such as anti-aliasing!

Archive.org download is slow

• Try the Mega.nz download instead. Alternatively, there is a torrent available on Internet Archive that we are actively seeding.

Some items can't be equipped on my character or Doll

• There are still a few items that need to be fixed. Please report these in the Discord with either a screenshot of the item or the item name shown when right-clicking it.

I can't equip any clothing on my Doll

• Some Doll models currently have issues with equipping items. Please report these in the Discord and mention which Island you selected and whether you chose Active or Quiet.

My username and password aren't working

• Usernames are currently case-sensitive, so make sure you're using the same capitalization you used when registering.
• If the error message ends in (2), your credentials are invalid. If it ends in (3), your account has been banned.
• Check whether you can log in to account.aisp.moe using the same credentials.
• If you're still unable to log in, post a message in ai-space-general-en and one of the developers or moderators can help you reset your password.
